DBL Real Estate is located 1 1/2 hours north of Houston, 45 minutes East of Bryan/College Station, and 2 1/2 hours south of Dallas. From I-45, take Exit #142 and head west on Hwy 21/US 190 for 1 mile. Our office is on the left hand side next to the Wal-Mart parking lot and facing Mustang Car Wash.
